DESCRIPTION
515-1362-06-25F is a Dialight Optopipe® Light Pipe designed as a right-angle vertical panel mount component with a 5mm diameter output and convex lens configuration. This precision-molded component is constructed from RoHS-compliant UL94-V0 water-clear polycarbonate with an oxygen index of 35%, featuring a halogen-free material composition. The light pipe has a mounting hole size of 0.156" ± 0.002", a minimum panel thickness of 0.063" (1.6 mm), and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. It is optimally designed for use with Dialight surface mount LEDs (PLCC-2 and PLCC-4 configurations) and provides an effective solution for products with PCBs perpendicular to the front panel, offering cost-effective LED indication with easy press-fit installation.
