DESCRIPTION
The 591-2201-013F is a high-intensity green LED indicator designed for visual signaling applications in electronic equipment and control panels. It features a luminous intensity of 12 mcd typical at 10 mA forward current, with a forward voltage of 2.5 V typical and a dominant wavelength of 570 nm typical. The LED is rated for continuous forward current of 30 mA and peak forward current of 500 mA (pulse duration =15 ms, duty cycle 0.05), with a maximum reverse current of 10 µA at 12 V reverse voltage. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +100°C, with a 40-degree viewing angle and RoHS-compliant packaging on a 13-inch reel containing 1600 pieces. This LED is suitable for indicator lights, status displays, and general-purpose signaling in industrial and commercial applications.
