DESCRIPTION

The 591-3001-002F is a dual-color red/green surface-mount LED indicator designed for compact PCB applications requiring status indication in two colors. The device features separate red and green LED elements with integrated cathode and anode pads (Pad 1: Red Cathode, Pad 2: Red Anode, Pad 3: Green Anode, Pad 4: Green Cathode) for direct soldering to PCB land patterns. At 2 mA forward current, the red/green element delivers 4.5 to 18 mcd luminous intensity with a forward voltage of 1 to 7 V and dominant wavelength of 624–636 nm, while the green element provides 2.8 to 11.2 mcd with a dominant wavelength of 566–575 nm. The device is rated for continuous forward current up to 15 mA, reverse voltage of 12 V, and operates across -40 °C to +100 °C. This LED is ideal for indicator panels, status displays, and multi-color signaling applications where space and power efficiency are critical.
