DESCRIPTION

The 2N3906 is a general-purpose PNP transistor designed for universal signal processing, switching, and amplification in commercial and industrial applications. It features a maximum collector current of 200 mA, a typical DC current gain (hFE) of approximately 200 at 10 mA collector current, and a maximum collector-emitter voltage rating of 40 V with a power dissipation capability of 625 mW. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is available in three current gain groups for design flexibility.
