DESCRIPTION

The BK/GDC-500MA is a 5mm x 20mm time-delay glass tube fuse designed for overcurrent protection. It is rated for 500mA and 250 Vac, with an interrupting rating of 35A. Key electrical characteristics include a typical DC cold resistance of 0.183 Ω, a nominal melting I²t of 0.827 A²s, and a typical voltage drop of 140 mV at its rated current. Constructed with a glass tube and nickel-plated brass endcaps, this fuse is designed to IEC 60127-2 standards. Its time-delay characteristic makes it ideal for protecting circuits that experience temporary inrush currents.
