DESCRIPTION
BK/GMD-1.5-R is a time-delay, low breaking capacity fuse designed for circuit protection in electronic applications. This 5×20mm glass tube fuse features nickel-plated brass endcap construction and is rated for 1.5A at 250Vac, with an interrupting rating of 100A at 250Vac and 10,000A at 125Vac. The fuse exhibits a typical DC cold resistance of 0.158O and a typical voltage drop of 25V at rated current, with a typical melting I²t of 240. It meets UL/CSA 248-14 standards and carries UL, PSE/JET, and CSA certifications. The time-delay characteristic provides protection against temporary overcurrents while responding quickly to sustained faults, making it suitable for industrial control circuits, power supplies, and consumer electronics requiring reliable overcurrent protection.
