DESCRIPTION
The GMA-15A is a fast-acting, low breaking capacity fuse designed for circuit protection in 125V AC applications. It features a 5mm x 20mm glass tube construction with nickel-plated brass endcaps and is rated for 15A continuous current with a 150A DC interrupting rating. The fuse exhibits a typical pre-arc I²t value of 950 A²s and a maximum voltage drop of 100 mV at rated current, with a DC cold resistance of 0.004 ohms. It is designed to UL/CSA 248-14 standards and is UL Recognized (Guide JDYX2, File E19180) for ratings 7A–15A, making it suitable for industrial equipment, consumer electronics, and power distribution applications requiring reliable overcurrent protection.
