DESCRIPTION
The 230056GB is a double pole rotary DIP switch from EECO's 2300 Series MICRO-DIP family, designed specifically for CMOS applications with 10 binary switching positions. This switch features a unique output arrangement where all four bits are always connected to one of two commons, allowing the use of a single pull-up resistor instead of four as required by conventional DIP switches. The switch is rated for 10,000 detents at +25°C, with a rotational torque of 1.0 to 2.5 inch-ounces and a maximum electrical current of 1A non-switching and 100 mA at 5 VDC switching. The 230056GB is housed in glass-reinforced nylon with gold-plated copper alloy contacts and includes an epoxy seal on the bottom terminals, making it suitable for wave soldering applications.
