DESCRIPTION
SA1BV20 is an ultra-miniature normally open pushbutton switch with a round base designed for AC and DC circuit applications. It features gold-plated copper contacts and terminals, with a pretravel range of 0.015" to 0.050" and an overtravel of 0.030" minimum, delivering an operating force of 8 oz maximum. The switch is rated for 0.75 amperes resistive at 125 VAC normally open, 1.0 ampere normally open for 15,000 operations at 125 VAC, and 1.5 amperes normally open for 10,000 operations at 28 VDC, with dry circuit capability at 10 milliamperes at 30 mVDC. With 50,000 operations minimum for both electrical and mechanical life, and mounting hardware consisting of one #8-40 nut supplied unassembled, this switch is ideal for precision control applications in instrumentation, consumer electronics, and industrial equipment where compact size and reliable switching performance are essential.
