DESCRIPTION
The S1D13705F00A200 is a highly integrated, low-power QVGA LCD graphics controller designed as a single-chip solution for embedded systems. It contains an 80 KB SRAM display buffer and supports resolutions up to 640x480 at 2 bpp, 640x240 at 4 bpp, or 320x240 at 8 bpp. The controller drives both TFT and passive LCD panels and includes advanced features like SwivelView™ 90° hardware rotation, virtual display, split-screen, and double buffering. Its impartiality to CPU type and flexible 16-bit host interface make it an ideal display solution for applications where board size and battery life are concerns, such as office automation equipment, building systems, and measuring devices.
