DESCRIPTION
SM3225 is a 2.92mm female to 2.92mm female bulkhead adapter from Fairview Microwave designed for RF and microwave interconnect applications. The adapter features a passivated stainless steel body with gold over nickel plated beryllium copper contacts, providing excellent electrical performance with a maximum VSWR of 1.3:1 and operating frequency range from DC to 40 GHz. The bulkhead mount configuration with 50 ohm impedance enables external connections on product enclosures and panel mount applications. With 500 mating cycles minimum per connector and compliance to MIL-G-45204 contact plating specifications, this adapter is suitable for general purpose test equipment and rack mounted systems where reliable RF connections are required.
