The SM4242 is an SMA female to Type N female bulkhead adapter designed for RF applications. It operates over a frequency range from DC to 12.4 GHz while maintaining a maximum VSWR of 1.3:1. This 50-ohm adapter features a straight body geometry and is intended for bulkhead or panel mount applications, allowing designers to create external connections on product enclosures. The SMA and N interfaces meet MIL-STD-348 standards, with gold-plated contacts ensuring reliable performance for up to 500 mating cycles.
