DESCRIPTION
The RB011-DE is a DC-operated slim card relay designed for printed circuit board applications, featuring a 24V DC coil and 200 mW power consumption. This miniature relay measures only 5 mm in thickness, enabling dense mounting on PCBs while reducing board size and cost. It employs bifurcated contacts for high reliability in low-level circuits and is rated for 5 A thermal current with make-and-break capability of 5 A at 30V DC. The relay operates in 10 ms or less and releases in 5 ms or less at rated voltage, with an insulation resistance of 100 MO at 500V DC and dielectric strength of 750V AC rms between open contacts. It is approved by UL, CSA, and TÜV, features a SIL (Single-side In-Line) terminal arrangement for easy PCB mounting, and is rated for -40°C to +70°C ambient temperature. Common applications include industrial control circuits, low-level signal switching, and compact control panel designs where space efficiency and reliability are critical.
