DESCRIPTION
The RB104-DC is a DC-operated slim card relay designed for printed circuit board use, featuring an extremely thin 5 mm profile that enables dense mounting and reduces PC board size and cost. It is rated for 4.5 V to 24 V DC coil voltages with 120 mW power consumption, a thermal current rating of 5 A, and bifurcated contacts that ensure high reliability in low-level circuits. The relay operates in 10 ms or less and releases in 5 ms or less at rated voltage, with a dielectric strength of 750 V AC rms between open contacts and 2,000 V AC rms between contact and coil. It is rated for -40°C to +70°C ambient temperature and achieves 100,000 operations at 24 V DC with 5 A resistive load and 150,000 operations at 24 V DC with 1 A inductive load. The RB104-DC is ideal for industrial control applications requiring compact, reliable switching in space-constrained environments, with UL, CSA, and TÜV approvals ensuring compliance with international standards.
