DESCRIPTION
The RB105-DB is a DC-operated slim card relay designed for printed circuit board use, featuring an extremely thin 5 mm profile that enables dense mounting and reduces PC board size and cost. It operates at 24V DC with 200 mW power consumption and employs bifurcated contacts to ensure high contact reliability in low-level circuits. The relay has an operating time of 10 ms or less and a release time of 5 ms or less at rated voltage, with a thermal current rating of 5A and make/break current capability of 5A at 250V AC or 5A at 30V DC. It features a Single-side In-Line (SIL) terminal arrangement for easy PC board mounting, fluxtight construction, and immersion cleanability, with dielectric strength of 750V AC rms between open contacts and 2,000V AC rms between contact and coil. The relay is rated for -40°C to +70°C ambient temperature and achieves 100,000 operations at 24V DC 5A resistive load and 150,000 operations at 24V DC 1A inductive load. Common applications include industrial control circuits, low-level signal switching, and compact control systems where space and reliability are critical.
