DESCRIPTION
The 10-8135 is a high thermal conductivity (HTC) silicone-based heat sink compound designed to provide superior thermal transfer performance in modern electronic devices. This product features a thermal conductivity of 4.35 × 10?³ CAL/SEC/cm °C, which is more than twice that of conventional heat sink greases, and maintains exceptional stability in high humidity environments. The compound exhibits an off-white paste appearance with a consistency penetration of 250-350 (60 strokes @ 77°F), minimal bleed of 0.3% at 150°C/200°C, and low evaporation of 0.3% at 150°C/200°C, ensuring long-term reliability. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to 205°C and provides a shelf life of 60 months. The 10-8135 is ideal for thermal interface applications in high-performance computing, power electronics, and industrial equipment where enhanced heat dissipation and thermal stability are critical requirements.
