DESCRIPTION
The GX21BA is a 150+ ampere 12–800 VDC EPIC® hermetically sealed DC contactor designed for high-reliability switching applications. It features a rugged EPIC® seal rated to 175°C, stand-up mounting with integrated safety cover, and dual DC coils with internal coil suppression for low continuous power consumption without EMI emissions. The contactor is hermetically sealed to UL1604 (Class I & II, Div 2 and Class III), IP67 for temporary water immersion, and IP69K for pressure washing, making it suitable for hazardous and harsh environments. With a mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles, maximum contact resistance of 0.4 mO, and operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, the GX21BA is ideal for battery-powered systems, renewable energy applications, and advanced aerospace programs where reliability and environmental protection are critical.
