DESCRIPTION
The 1554K2GYCL is a polycarbonate enclosure featuring a clear polycarbonate lid, designed for housing and protecting electronic equipment. The enclosure measures 160 mm × 90 mm × 77 mm (6.30" × 3.54" × 3.03") externally, with an internal cavity of 152.13 mm length × 82.13 mm width × 84.50 mm height, providing ample space for component mounting and assembly. It includes M3 brass inserts and M4 stainless steel inserts for secure fastening, four mounting holes (Ø4.00 mm), and accepts #6 self-tapping screws for flexible installation options. The purchased assembly includes the box, lid, 4 cover screws, and a preformed silicone gasket, with a recommended cover screw torque of 2.5 lbf-in (30 cN-m). This UL 508 approved enclosure (UL94 - 5VA @ 3mm) is ideal for industrial control panels, instrumentation, and equipment requiring transparent access to internal components while maintaining environmental protection.
