The C90-3102R10SL-4S is a panel mount circular connector conforming to MIL-DTL-5015 (MIL-C-5015) specifications, featuring a 5/8-24UNEF threaded shell with 2 female contacts and solder termination. It is rated for 500V AC / 700V DC with a maximum current of 13A per contact and provides 2000V AC dielectric proof voltage with a minimum insulation resistance of 5000 MO. The connector is constructed with an aluminum alloy shell (zinc with black cobalt coating), copper alloy silver-finished contacts, and synthetic rubber insulator, delivering full environmental sealing that exceeds IP67 protection. It is designed for harsh environments with operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C, vibration tolerance up to 10G (10–500 Hz), and shock resistance of 50G for 11 ms, with a minimum durability rating of 500 mating cycles.
