DESCRIPTION
The M50-3000545 is a 1.27mm pitch connector from the M50 series designed for board-to-board interconnection applications. It features 0.40mm square or round pins with a moulding material of high-temperature thermoplastic (UL94V-0 black) and copper alloy contacts with nickel and gold flash finish. The connector is rated for 1A maximum current per contact, with contact resistance of 20mO initial and 30mO after conditioning, and a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000V ACrms/DC for 1 minute. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is designed to withstand 50–2000 Hz vibration at 3.13 Grms for 45 minutes and 30G shock for 11ms. This connector is commonly used in compact electronic assemblies where space-constrained board-to-board connections are required.
