DESCRIPTION
The 21SM1-T is a basic SPDT switch designed for electrical control applications. It requires an operating force of 3-5 oz and has a minimum release force of 1 oz. Key mechanical characteristics include a maximum differential travel of 0.004 inches and a minimum overtravel of 0.005 inches. The switch is rated for 5A at 250 VAC per UL and CSA standards, and at 30 VDC, it is rated for 5A resistive or 3A inductive at sea level. Capable of handling a maximum inrush of 24A and withstanding temperatures up to 250°F, this component is suitable for various commercial and industrial uses.
