DESCRIPTION

The HIH-4010-001 Analog Humidity Sensor is an uncovered integrated humidity sensor. Humidity sensors are used to provide an indication of the moisture levels in the environment and are very useful for industry processes. The HIH-4000 series sensors are designed to deliver instrumentation-quality RH (Relative Humidity) sensing performance. These sensors have near linear voltage output that allows direct input to a controller or other device. They are used in a variety of applications such as refrigeration equipment, HVAC equipment, medical equipment, drying, meteorology, battery-powered systems, and OEM assemblies.

The HIH-4010-001 Analog Humidity Sensor is a thermoset polymer capacitive sensing element and is laser-trimmed for better interchangeability. Its multilayer construction offers resistance to several application hazards like wetting, dust, dirt, oil and chemicals. This Honeywell sensor is highly stable, offers enhanced accuracy, low drift performance, a fast response time and has a low power design.
