DESCRIPTION
SE5470-003 LED from Honeywell comes with an option of 90° or 20° beam angle. It also comes with a peak wavelength of 880 nm and offers high power dissipation capability, thereby making this 2-pin LED suitable for operating in hostile environment.
Light emitting diodes (LEDs) are light sources which are semiconductor in nature. They are widely used as indicators in electronic circuits and the light emitted or reflected may vary from visible to infrared and ultraviolet regions. The SE5470 series LED’s generally deliver 70% greater power output than aluminum gallium arsenide devices at the same forward current. Honeywell LED SE5470-003 comes in a TO-46 metal can package and is ideal for high pulsed current applications.
