DESCRIPTION

The Honeywell V7-2B17D8 Snap Action Switch is designed in a rugged package with thermoplastic housing for extended reliability. It is suitable for wide range of applications including simple precision on/off limits, presence/absence sensing, or embedded in pressure or temperature assemblies. This V7 series switches can operate with a force as low as 15 g or as high as 300 g and easily accommodates different actuator mechanism. This Honeywell Switch comes with a long life cycle of 10,000,000 cycles reducing the need to replace it, ensuring lesser system cost.

A Snap Action Switch is a type of momentary contact micro switch which operates at rapid speed as it takes very little force or stimulus to operate. Potential applications of this Honeywell Snap Action Switch include vending machine motors, microwave door interlock, oven cleaning latch, pressure switch assembly, etc.
