DESCRIPTION
The 7468 is a twist-lock flanged receptacle designed for secure AC power connections in industrial and commercial applications. It is rated for 15A at 125V AC with a 2-pole, 2-wire non-grounding wiring scheme (NEMA ML-1R configuration) and features a stainless steel flange casing (.025" thickness) with black thermoset body. The device incorporates bronze contact springs (.032" thickness) and brass terminal screws, with terminal accommodation for 15A #14 AWG wire. It achieves a 2,000V minimum dielectric voltage withstand and is certified for current interrupting at full rated current, with a maximum temperature rise of 0.30°C at full rated current after 50 cycles of 150% overload. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +75°C maximum continuous, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor installations requiring reliable twist-lock connections.
