DESCRIPTION
The HBL2311S is a Twist-Lock® safety-shroud plug rated for 20A at 125V AC with 2-pole, 3-wire grounding (NEMA L5-20P configuration). It features an impact-resistant white PBT shroud that protects blades against bending and breaking, combined with a ribbed nylon housing that provides secure grip and chemical resistance. The plug accommodates #16 AWG to #8 AWG stranded copper wire, with brass blades and #10-32 brass terminal screws, and includes an integral dust shield to protect the wiring chamber from contaminants. It withstands a minimum dielectric voltage of 2,000V and operates continuously at temperatures up to 75°C (minimum -40°C without impact), with flammability rated HB or better per UL 94. This plug is commonly used in industrial and commercial applications requiring reliable, safe power connections with superior cord grip design that protects terminations from excess strain.
