DESCRIPTION
The HBL2421ST is a 3-pole, 4-wire Twist-Lock Insulgrip plug with patented screwless spring termination, rated for 20 A at 3-phase 250 V. The device features strong steel springs that continuously apply pressure to wires, ensuring secure connections that remain tight even in high-vibration industrial environments. Installation requires no tools or torque measurement—simply insert the wire and press the plunger down, completing termination in approximately 11 seconds compared to over 60 seconds for traditional screw-terminated devices. The plug measures 3.38" × 2.22" × 2.33" (85.7 × 56.5 × 59.2 mm) and is listed to UL 498 and CSA C22.2 No. 42 for indoor dry environments. This device is ideal for OEMs, machine manufacturers, and maintenance operations requiring rapid, reliable wiring of industrial equipment, data center power distribution, and production machinery.
