The HBL2431S is a watertight 3-pole 4-wire Twist-Lock male plug designed for industrial power distribution applications requiring IP66 protection and NEMA compliance. Rated for 30/480V AC at 20 amperes with a 5 horsepower AC rating, this device features the NEMA L16-20 locking configuration to ensure secure, polarized connections. The plug incorporates an integral dust shield that protects the wiring chamber from dust and contaminants, improved terminal design with larger number 10 screws and thicker 0.080" clamping nuts for superior electrical contact, and female contacts with an exclusive double rivet design for long service life.
