DESCRIPTION
The HBL2725ST is a 30 A, 3-pole, 4-wire flanged inlet rated for 3-phase 250V applications, featuring Hubbell's patented Twist-Lock Edge screwless termination technology. The device employs strong steel springs that continuously apply pressure to wires, ensuring secure connections that remain tight even under constant vibration and in abusive industrial environments. Termination is accomplished in approximately 11.8 seconds by simply inserting the wire and pressing the plunger down—no tools or torque wrench required—eliminating the need for NEC code 110.14(D) compliance. The flanged inlet measures 3.06" × 2.69" × 0.186" (A × B × C) with additional dimensions D: 2.56", E: 0.09", and F: 2.23" (all in inches with metric equivalents provided), and is cULus listed to UL 498 and CSA C22.2 No. 42 for indoor dry environments.
