DESCRIPTION
The HBL7594 is a twist-lock plug rated for 15A at 125V AC with a 2-pole, 3-wire grounding configuration (ML-2P NEMA standard). It features a black phenolic body and nylon cover, with brass blades and cold rolled steel-nickel-plated terminal clamps designed to accommodate #14 AWG wire. The device has a dielectric voltage withstand rating of 2000V minimum and is certified for current interrupting at full rated current with a maximum 30°C temperature rise after 50 cycles of 150% overload at 75% power factor. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +75°C maximum continuous, with IP20 moisture resistance and HB or better flammability per UL 94. This plug is ideal for portable service cord applications requiring secure, reliable connections in industrial and commercial environments, with UL/CSA listings ensuring compliance with safety standards.
