DESCRIPTION
The ISP1507-AX-JT is a compact Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy module designed for robust wireless connectivity. It is built around a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F processor and includes 512 kB of Flash memory and 64 kB of RAM. The module supports multiple protocols including BLE Mesh and ANT, offers a maximum transmit power of +4 dBm, and features an integrated NFC-A tag for out-of-band pairing. It provides extensive peripheral options with 30 configurable GPIOs, 8 ADCs, and interfaces such as SPI, UART, and PWM, all operating from a single 1.7 V to 3.6 V power supply. Its ultra-small size and low power consumption make it ideal for IoT devices, wearable technology, connected sensors, and home automation.
