DESCRIPTION
The 096512-0717 is a Micro-D metal shell connector assembly featuring 0.050" contact spacing and comprehensive mounting hardware options for multiple shell sizes (9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, and 100). The connector includes factory-installed float mount hardware with specified diametral and axial float tolerances (0.014 ± 0.004 inches diametral float and 0.020 inches maximum axial float), along with optional jackscrew and jackpost assemblies for secure panel mounting. Available with electroless nickel (A174) or cadmium over nickel (A101) plating, the connector supports both front and rear panel mounting configurations with panel thickness accommodation from 0.8 to 2.4 inches.
