DESCRIPTION
The 132040-0097 is an ITT Cannon PL Series push-pull plastic latching connector designed for miniaturized, lightweight, and durable interconnect solutions in challenging medical and industrial applications. This connector is available in multiple configurations including straight plugs with cable collets (A1, A3) and in-line receptacles with cable collets (C1, C3), supporting 2 to 14-way contact variants with durability exceeding 2,000 mating cycles. The outer shell material options include Grey PSU (standard), Black PEI, Black PSU, and Grey PEI, with six keying options (0°, 40°, 60°, 80°, 170°, 205°) and seven color codings for back nuts and front nuts. Cable collet sizes range from ø3.9 mm (cable ø 2.7–3.9 mm) to ø6.5 mm (cable ø 5.3–6.5 mm), with gold plating (20 µ") available for contact surfaces. The PL Series provides intermateability with existing push-pull industry solutions, making it an ideal choice for both disposable and reusable applications requiring reliable performance and versatility.
