DESCRIPTION

121583-0135 is an APD 19-way pin plug connector designed for transportation applications, featuring robust mechanical and electrical specifications for harsh environments. The connector operates at 48 VDC with a maximum contact resistance of 5 mO and withstands 1000 VAC voltage proof testing for 60 seconds, ensuring reliable electrical performance. It is constructed with PBT GF housing, FKM sealing material, and PA 46 GF coupling nut, providing excellent durability with 50 mating cycles and IP 67 + IP 69k sealing protection. The connector maintains performance across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and humidity up to 95% r.h., with additional resistance to salt spray, industrial climate, and fluid compatibility including brake fluid, ATF, and fuel.
