DESCRIPTION
The 121583-0061 is a high-power 6-way jam nut receptacle connector designed for robust industrial interconnect applications. It features a PBT GF housing with HNBR sealing parts and copper alloy silver-plated contacts, providing excellent durability and electrical performance. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and maintains IP 67 sealing protection per DIN EN 60529, with resistance to salt spray (96 h at 35°C), industrial climate (SO2 0.67%), and various fluids including brake fluid, ATF, and fuel. The jam nut design accommodates wall thicknesses from 1.0 to 4.0 mm (standard) or 2.0 to 5.0 mm (special), and the connector withstands vibration up to 100 m/s² across three axes for 24 hours. This connector is widely used in automotive, industrial instrumentation, and harsh-environment applications where reliable high-power connections are essential.
