DESCRIPTION

The 121583-0215 is a high-voltage 4-way flange receptacle connector designated APD-59AP-HV, engineered to meet ISO 15170 standards for demanding high-power interconnect applications. The connector features a flange-mounted design with mechanical keying and visual color coding (orange, RAL 2003) for reliable mating identification. It accommodates pin crimp contacts and is constructed with PBT GF housing, HNBR sealing parts, PA 66 GF coupling nut, and copper alloy contacts with tin or gold plating for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The receptacle is rated for vibration resistance of 200 m/s² (sine, 3 × 100 hours at room temperature and 120°C) and demonstrates compatibility with brake fluid, ATF, and fuel per ISO 15170-2 specifications. This connector is ideal for automotive, industrial instrumentation, and aerospace applications requiring robust high-voltage power distribution with environmental sealing and mechanical durability.
