DESCRIPTION
031-9082-003 is a VEAM CIR Series bayonet coupling circular connector designed for demanding environmental applications. The connector features an aluminum alloy shell with optional materials including stainless steel, bronze, and plastic composite, and various finish options such as hard black anodize, electroless nickel, and cadmium-olive drab. The insert is made from polychloroprene (Neoprene) with options for silicone, fluorocarbon (Viton), and flame retardant rubber, while contacts are constructed from copper alloy or thermocouple alloys with silver, gold, or rhodium plating. Produced in accordance with NATO Standard VG95234 based on MIL-DTL-5015 for physical size, layout, and environmental requirements, these connectors are suitable for aerospace, transportation, and industrial applications requiring reliable interconnect solutions in harsh environments.
