DESCRIPTION
The DCMA-37S is a high-reliability D-Sub connector featuring 37 contacts (size 20) with crimp termination, designed for demanding industrial and aerospace applications. It supports a wire gauge range of AWG 20-28 (standard) or AWG 22-28 (high density) and is rated for a maximum current of 7.5 A per contact with a contact resistance of 10 mO maximum. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and provides a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VAC at sea level, with 200 mating cycles rated for durability. Its robust construction and salt spray test certification (24 hours) make it ideal for harsh environments, military systems, and applications requiring long-term reliability and environmental resistance.
