DESCRIPTION
The MDB1-25PS is a Micro-D connector with a 25-pin arrangement and 0.050 inch contact spacing. It features a durable glass-filled thermoset plastic shell and diallyl phthalate insulator, with gold-plated copper alloy contacts ensuring reliable connections. This connector is rated for a maximum current of 3A, has a contact resistance of 8 milliohms maximum, and offers a dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level. Terminations are solder pots designed to accept up to #26 AWG wire. With a wide operating temperature range and high resistance to shock and vibration, it is well-suited for high-reliability applications where durability and compact size are critical.
