DESCRIPTION
MDM-15PCBRM7-A172 is a 15-contact Micro-D PCB connector designed for high-density, high-reliability board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable applications. This connector features pin (plug) contacts with a 90° right angle board termination (CBR series) and M7 jackpost mounting hardware for secure PCB attachment. The shell is finished with gold over nickel (A172) for enhanced corrosion resistance and conductivity, and the insulator is made from Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP). With 0.050" (1.27 mm) contact spacing and dimensions including A Max of 0.935" (23.75 mm) and B of 0.715" (18.16 mm), this connector is suitable for use with flex circuitry, flat cable, and printed circuit boards or multi-layer boards.
