DESCRIPTION
MDM-31SCBRM7T is a Micro-D metal shell connector designed for highly reliable, lightweight applications requiring microminiature interconnections with high contact density. The connector features 31 contacts arranged in a standard configuration with 0.050" (1.27 mm) contact spacing, utilizing size 24 MICROPIN/MICROSOCKET contacts. The aluminum shell provides enhanced structural strength, prevents chipping and cracking, and offers electromagnetic (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) shielding. A silicone elastomer compression interfacial seal provides moisture and humidity protection between each contact.
