The MDM-37PCBRTL61-A174 is a microminiature rectangular connector designed for high-reliability applications requiring a rugged, moisture-sealed, and lightweight solution. This model features a 6061-T6 aluminum alloy shell with an electroless nickel finish (A174) for EMI/RFI shielding, a 37-pin contact arrangement, and a Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator. It is configured as a condensed right-angle board mount (CBR) plug with .125-inch long, #25 AWG solid uninsulated gold-plated copper terminations and includes threaded inserts for secure mounting. The MDM series employs size 24 contacts on .050-inch centers and includes a silicone elastomer interfacial seal for environmental protection. These connectors are ideal for demanding environments where space and weight are critical, such as in aerospace, defense, and industrial applications.
