DESCRIPTION
MDM-9PCBRL56-A174 is a Micro-D PCB connector designed for high-density, high-reliability board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable applications. This 9-contact pin (plug) connector features a right angle board mount termination with 0.050" (1.27 mm) contact spacing and a Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator. The connector has an electroless nickel shell finish (A174) and utilizes a .100" x .100" grid pattern with .050" offset for PCB termination. It is rated for dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level, insulation resistance of 5,000 megohms minimum, and can withstand 500 mating cycles. Common applications include flex circuitry, flat cable, and printed circuit board interconnections where miniature size and reliable performance are required.
