DESCRIPTION
MDM-9PSB-A174 is a 9-contact Micro-D metal shell connector featuring 0.050" (1.27 mm) contact spacing and electroless nickel (A174) plating with hardware. The connector employs size 24 MICROPINTM/MICROSOCKETTM contacts on 0.050" centers and incorporates an aluminum shell to provide electromagnetic (EMI) and RFI shielding, along with a silicone elastomer compression interfacial seal for moisture and humidity protection. The connector is designed for applications requiring highly reliable, extremely small, lightweight connectors with higher density contact configurations than traditional rectangular connectors.
