DESCRIPTION

The 045532-0001-MS is a circular connector straight plug featuring a grommet seal endbell and pin gender configuration with shell size 10 and 10-6 contact arrangement. It accommodates 6 contacts of size 20 with solder cup termination and gold-plated contact surfaces, constructed from aluminium alloy shell with olive drab chromate over cadmium plating for enhanced durability. The connector operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, supports 500 minimum mating cycles, and meets IP67 ingress protection standards with water tightness per VG95319 Part 2 Test 5.9.2. With a contact rating of 7.5 A at AWG20 and insulator resistance of =5000 MO, this connector is ideal for military battery systems, aerospace applications, and harsh environment installations requiring reliable electrical connections.
