The AX01F080VABBR300 is a floating board-to-board connector from the AX01 Series designed for high-speed transmission applications exceeding 8 Gbps, supporting 10 GBASE-KR and PCIe Gen3 standards. This connector features 80 contacts at 0.635 mm pitch with a two-point contact structure that ensures high contact reliability and low insertion/removal forces through a roll surface contact design. The floating connector provides ±0.5 mm tolerance in both X and Y directions and ±0.5 mm stacking height tolerance in the Z-axis direction, with a rated current of 0.5 A at AC 50 V rms and contact resistance of 50 mO maximum initially and 100 mO maximum after testing. It operates across -40°C to +105°C, withstands AC 250 V rms dielectric voltage for 1 minute, and maintains 100 MO minimum insulation resistance.
