DESCRIPTION
The 105-0702-001 is an insulated tip jack and sleeve assembly designed for panel or line audio and signal applications. It features a machined brass contact per QQ-B-626D with a wrap-around beryllium copper spring per QQ-C-533, silver finish, and a nylon 6/6 body per ASTM D4066 with a nylon handle assembly. The assembly supports a maximum current of 10 amps, breakdown voltage of 5700 Vrms minimum, and contact resistance of 0.010 ohms maximum, with a contact-to-panel capacitance of 2 pF nominal. The body thread stripping torque is rated at 4.0 lb·in (4.5 kg·cm), accommodates panel thickness up to 0.125 inches (3.20 mm), and features a hex socket head of 0.188 inches (4.77 mm) for ease of mounting.
