DESCRIPTION
131-6404-001 is a straight-cable plug assembly connector manufactured by Johnson/Cinch Connectivity Solutions, designed for high-reliability RF and electrical interconnections. The connector features a brass body with cold plating over nickel and copper, beryllium copper contacts with cold plating, and a TIFLON isolator, providing excellent electrical and mechanical performance. It supports a high potential withstanding voltage of 700 VRMS at 4 MHz and 7 MHz, with mating torque specifications of 35–50 ounce-inch and coupling proof torque of 100 ounce-inch minimum. The connector operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -65°C to +165°C and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental standards for thermal shock, corrosion, shock, and vibration. This connector is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring robust, high-frequency signal transmission with proven durability of 500 mating cycles minimum.
