DESCRIPTION
The 131-6433-101 is an RF coaxial plug assembly designed for high-frequency signal transmission with RG 179/U or RG 187/U cable compatibility. The connector features beryllium copper contacts with cold and nickel plating, brass body components with multi-layer plating (cold plated 0.0001 min over nickel plated 0.0005 min over copper plated 0.0005 min), and TFE/ON insulation for reliable performance. It withstands 700 VRMS at 4 and 7 MHz, operates across -65°C to 165°C, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental standards including thermal shock, corrosion, shock, and vibration testing. The connector supports mating torque of 35–50 ounce-inch, coupling proof torque of 100 ounce-inch, and cable retention of 20 lbs minimum with 500-cycle durability, making it suitable for aerospace, military, and precision RF instrumentation applications.
