DESCRIPTION
A20605RNMCQ is a rotary switch from the A Series 1-4 Pole family designed for multi-position switching applications. The switch features positive detent operation with contact ratings of 2.5 AMPS @ 125 V AC and 350 mA @ 125 V DC (UL/CSA), supporting continuous carry current of 5 AMPS. It offers selectable shorting (make-before-break) or non-shorting (break-before-make) contact configurations with contact resistance below 20 mO typical and insulation resistance of 10? O minimum. The switch operates reliably over a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C with an electrical life of 15,000 make-and-break cycles at full load and up to 300,000 detent operations. Common applications include automotive systems, major and small appliances, and industrial equipment where reliable multi-position switching is required.
